| Greetings people, Some new forum guidelines for our members: New Forum Guidelines - Please title threads properly with an accurate description of their contents.
No random/retarded thread titles. When we look back on threads in the future, we want to know what we are looking at/for by the title, without having to click into it to find out. The titles ought to make sense and look reasonably orderly, not chaotic. Nothing wrong with having a crazy reply now and then in-thread, but not every other post, and not in the titles please.
- Punctuate, capitalise and spell properly as best you can.
This shouldn't really need saying but, in todays age of text-speech and declining grammar I thought it was necessary to bring up. Especially in titles, for the same reasons as above. And try to make use of the typography buttons etc a little when posting threads, that's what they were designed for after all.
- Try to keep things more formal. Make an effort in general.
Pretty self explanatory. / END OF GUIDELINES. That's about it really, mainly just common sense. Obviously to be a truly different forum, these rules have to be backed up. So if you make a retarded thread title or use too many shit spellings... the chances are that it will just be deleted. Or at least corrected. - Yours sincerely, [state of flux] | |
