| Or other road vehicles.
Any of you fine fellas quizzed in the art of radio controlled vehicles?
I'm on the lookout for a car that'll run longer than the toy ones of between 10-20 minutes.
I've looked into the Tamiya King Hauler, but most places only sell the kit without the transmitter.

| It's definitely an interesting hobby. And one I will get into further at some stage.
Unfortunately I do not have the modern expertise on this particular matter to speak further.
The pro area is significantly different I imagine than the 10-20 min toy versions.

Most definitely. I had one as a kid, for Yule, and remember having a load of fun chasing Mince around the living room, not so much fun when he attacked it haha, but that was Mince. But I've been on a bit of a nostalgia kick, I picked up a Tomytronic 3d game for a song, and would love to delve further into RC cars. Not really interested in those drones though.

| Got Big Booncey the grand hauler for Yule, £50 on gumtree.
Been busy building it, but had to get the gearbox built for us, which only cost a tenner.
The wheel arches and cab have been painted, eventually. Had to do the paint over as the lacquer I sprayed it with cracked and lifted the paint.
Care to guess at the colour scheme? It is 80's style.
Once done I will be posting photos for your critique.

| Thanks. Not totally finished yet.
I'd love to race it, but I lack the skills at present. It is quite nippy.
